Duct Cleaning in Toronto
Certified technicians, upfront pricing from $395, and our “Love it or don’t pay” guarantee.
Toronto homes are some of the oldest in the region, and their ductwork shows it. Many houses in the old city were built before forced air was common and had ducts added later, which means odd runs, tight returns and decades of renovation dust sitting in the trunks. We clean houses, semis, row houses and condo suites across the city, seven days a week.
What we see in Toronto homes
In a narrow semi or row house the furnace is often tucked into a low basement and the supply runs snake between joists that were never designed for them. We plan the hose route before we start, protect floors and corners on the way in, and use our truck-mounted vacuum where the truck can park close enough. Downtown towers and walk-ups are different: there we bring portable equipment up to the unit and clean the fan coil, supply and return vents, bathroom exhausts and dryer vent from inside the suite.

Misha and Obed did an amazing job today. Exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with care with amazing attention to detail and they went the extra mile to clean when they noticed an area that wasn’t fully cleaned the first time around. Also when I inquired about extra services like dryer vent cleaning, the answers were honest in terms of whether or not it is required or worth it to do. Would highly recommend and truly one of the best companies out there!

Great communication, service and care for the customers. They do what they say they will do, which is rare. Explained about a high velocity system and properly cared for a sensitive system.

Toronto duct cleaning questions
My Toronto house has radiators. Is there anything to clean?
If the house is heated by a boiler and radiators there are no heating ducts. You may still have ductwork for central air, plus a dryer vent and bathroom exhaust fans, and those can be cleaned. Call us and we will tell you what applies to your home.
Street parking is tight on my block. Can you still use the truck?
Usually, yes. The truck-mounted vacuum needs to park within hose distance of the house. If that is not possible, or you are in a high-rise, we use portable equipment instead.
How much does duct cleaning cost?
A house with one furnace is $395 to $595 depending on its size (under 2,000 sq ft up to 6,000 sq ft), and a second furnace adds $200. A condo is $395 for a single unit and $595 for a double. Use the quote form on this page for your exact price, including add-ons.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Most experts recommend every 3–5 years, depending on factors like pets, allergies, or recent renovations.
