How much does duct cleaning cost in Toronto?
A house with one furnace is $399 to $499 depending on its size. A condo is a flat $399. Each extra furnace adds $200. Before HST, no hidden fees, same price on the day.
Duct cleaning prices in Toronto and the GTA
We price by the size of the home, not by the vent. The price you see here is the price on the invoice, whether your house has twelve registers or thirty, and whether the ducts are lightly dusty or haven’t been touched since the house was built.

Book two add-ons and the third is free. The largest job we price online, a 4,000 sq ft house with three furnaces, is $899 before add-ons. Commercial buildings, carpets and windows are quoted individually.
What changes the price, and what doesn’t
Size of the house, above grade
The floors above ground decide the price band. The basement doesn't count, even when it's finished. More floor area means more vents and longer runs to clean.
Number of furnaces
Each furnace is its own duct system with its own trunks and blower. Every furnace after the first adds $200.
House or condo
A condo suite has one fan coil or furnace and a handful of vents, so it's a flat $399 with the dryer vent and bathroom fans included.
Add-ons
Dryer vent, HRV, humidifier and bathroom exhaust fans are $90 each. Book two and the third is free.
What doesn't change it
Vent count, how dirty the ducts are, and how long we're there. The price is set before we arrive and doesn't go up on the day.

How much does duct cleaning cost in Toronto?
A house with one furnace is $399 to $499 depending on its size, a condo is $399, and each extra furnace adds $200. Prices are before HST and include the full 12-step cleaning.
How much does duct cleaning cost in Ontario outside Toronto?
The same. Our prices are by home size, not by distance, anywhere in our service area: Toronto, Peel, York, Halton, Durham and Simcoe.
Why do other companies quote per vent?
Per-vent pricing looks cheap at the start and grows on the day, because most houses have more vents than the base price covers. Pricing by home size means the number you see online is the number on the invoice.
Is a $89 or $99 whole-house duct cleaning real?
Usually not. Offers that low tend to come from telemarketers and are followed by add-on charges once a crew is in the house, or by a quick blow-out that doesn't reach the trunks. CBC Marketplace has reported on it. We never cold-call.
Does the price include the furnace?
Yes. The blower fan, J-channel and furnace base are cleaned on every job, and sanitized with Benefect.
Is HST included?
No. Prices are before HST, which is added at 13%.
Do repeat customers pay less?
Yes. If we've cleaned for you before, you save 5% on the cleaning. Add-ons stay at their regular price.
What if my house is over 4,000 sq ft?
Larger homes are priced individually. Call us or send a question from the quote form and we'll give you a number before you book.
