A house with one furnace is $395 to $595 depending on its size (under 2,000 sq ft up to 6,000 sq ft), and a second furnace adds $200. A condo is $395 for a single unit and $595 for a double. Commercial buildings are quoted after an assessment.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Most experts recommend every 3–5 years, depending on factors like pets, allergies, or recent renovations.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
We recommend you be present at the start or end of service so we can walk you through our findings and work.
Will duct cleaning help reduce odors (e.g., pets, smoke)?
Yes. Removing built-up dust, hair, and trapped particles can significantly reduce lingering odors. For best results, we also offer sanitization and deodorizing services to address deeper odor issues.
