Inspection & Setup
Our team begins with a detailed assessment of your condo or townhouse. If our truck-mounted systems can’t access the unit (such as in high-rise condos), we deploy specialized portable air duct cleaning systems to ensure full-service coverage.
Comprehensive Cleaning
We carry out a complete cleaning and sanitizing process which includes:
- Air Handler Unit (Furnace)
- All Air Supply & Return Vents connected to the unit
- Dryer Vent Ducting
- Bathroom Exhaust Fans
Post-Cleaning Care
To maintain optimal air quality, we apply eco-friendly sanitizers and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently. This final step supports long-term cleanliness and HVAC performance in condos and townhomes.
BEFORE VS AFTER
For Condominium Air Duct cleaning, we offer the following all inclusive flat fee Platinum Condo Air Duct Clean package:
- We start with a thorough Pre-Inspection of the duct work in your Condo
- We install corner guards and floor mats to protect your floors & walls and our technicians will wear shoe covers to ensure we do not bring in any dust and debris from the outside
- All supply vents are covered with blue tape in order to achieve maximum vacuum suction into our portable vacuum equipment and reduce the amount of dust seeping back into your condo
- Using blue tape, all return registers will be covered both on the wall and the floor. We will also remove the main floor level air return cover (if removable) and contact clean it
- We will then air pressure clean all air supply vents to return ductwork
- We will also air pressure clean all air return registers to return duct work
- We will air pressure clean & vacuum wall coil system and handler base
- Application of all natural Benefect® products to sanitize and disinfect the ductwork system

Your dryer vent will also be cleaned as follows:
- The base of your dryer will be cleaned to ensure the blower is not clogged with lint.
- We will clean the flexible pipe from the back of the dryer to the main drop-down lint trap using a snake pipe.
- Air will be blown through the final exhaust pipe leading from the lint trap to the exterior of the condo.

Bathroom exhaust fans will also be cleaned:
- The cover is removed and vacuumed.
- The exhaust fan motor is vacuumed.
- The exhaust fan motor is gently cleaned with air pressure.
- Final Post Inspection of the condo duct work after the thorough clean.
